About BrightWren
BrightWren is a free educational website that provides KS2 maths practice for children in Years 3 to 6 in England, following the National Curriculum. It is made by Not Another Studio Ltd, a small studio in the United Kingdom building learning tools for children.
Every question follows the England National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 maths, from place value and times tables to fractions, telling the time, shape and more. The questions are made fresh each time, so children can practise a topic as much as they like without running out, and each one comes with a plain-English hint when an answer is not quite right.
The maths practice on this site is free, with no account and no sign-up, and there are free tools for the classroom too. We are also building more for families who want to go further: story-led apps where the maths is part of the adventure, and a pro app with progress and practice papers. Those are on the way, and some will be paid.
We build with children's privacy in mind. The free practice collects no personal data about children and uses no advertising or tracking. The only thing we ever ask for, and only from grown-ups, is an optional email if you would like to hear when something new launches. You can read the full details on our privacy page.
